Rolex robbery: $100K in jewelry stolen in Downtown Walnut Creek

$100K in jewelry was stolen in Downtown Walnut Creek.

A person was robbed of their watch and hit in the face with a firearm in a parking garage in DowntownWalnut Creek on Friday night.

The robbery took place in the middle of the night. The parking garage is on the 1600 block of Mount Diablo Boulevard. Police say the victim was hit in the face with a gun and robbed of $100,000 in jewelry.

The suspects were wearing dark clothing and carrying rifles. The suspects fled the scene in a grey sedan before police arrived and the victim was treated for minor injuries at the scene.
