David Wong was using the courtesy microfiber towel after Heritage Express Car Wash when business owner Glin LeBaron stopped by.
Wong finished his truck beneath a cover Friday morning as temperatures reached the 90s. Wong visited the Nederland vehicle wash at 911 N. Twin City Highway.
“Oh yeah. “This is the best car wash,” Wong stated. Heritage Express Car Wash has been active since April. LeBaron is local but lived in Dripping Springs for years.
He returned to Nederland to diversify. He learnt the business in the hill country town but returned home because he wanted to give back. Their eight attendants are managed by his brother Danny.
\LeBaron and his brother are Lamar University grads, and their workers are students. They want Lamar University’s top employer. We’ll assist them study. LeBaron stated they must find a successor when they go.
“Danny and I went to Lamar, and this is another way we can give back and help our students through school.” The name “heritage” honors the community they serve. LeBaron claimed this is the only locally operated vehicle wash.

“The equipment was a big investment to provide a good product,” he remarked. “You need good equipment to clean your car in two minutes.”
