Have you heard the news that a Fayetteville company that makes and distributes premium draft cocktail mixes just brought in $4.88 million?
According to the firm’s four filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Craft Standard Enterprises Inc. has raised a total of $12.1 million since the year 2021, which is the year the company was created.
If you are keeping track at home, this brings the total amount raised to $12.1 million. The corporation has said that it would not be doing any press on their rise at this time.
On the other hand, the company’s website boasts that their “patent-pending keg cocktail” would transform “every employee into a great bartender” if they use it. Simply add the alcohol, shake the lightweight keg, attach it to the tap, and pour.
Traditional cocktails include the Mule Keg and Pink Lemonade Keg.
The most recent funding round for Craft Standard included a total of 34 investors, according to the company. In the filing, Matt Bruhn is named as the Chief Executive Officer of the company.
A disclosure on August 5, 2021 revealed that Craft Standard had raised $5.41 million, which was followed by a report in June 2021 stating that the company had raised $661,666. In addition, the firm reported raising $1.1 million in a filing made in August of 2022.
In recent months, Craft Standard has also been adding notable customers to its roster. It was announced earlier this month on the company’s Facebook page that Craft Standard drinks will be served at Wrigley Field, which is the home of the Chicago Cubs of the Major League Baseball.
In another post on their Facebook page, Craft Standard stated that White Sox concession stands had been serving Craft Standard draft drinks since the previous baseball season.
